I'll be sure and do photo's with some text of what I did. Got the batteries at Batterytex.com in San Antonio. I'm sure you can get them many places. These were as low $$ ($36 ea) as I saw and free shipping on orders over $50.00. Ask them to use UPS .... not Fed Ex. And also ask them to double-box/package them. All 4 of my original shipment were damaged in transit and some of that was packaging and some handling by Fed Ex. I already have a Surepower 1315 in the main bat box so the only wiring changes I've made are to remove the usual post-mount connectors and replace them with round-end connectors to go over the small bolts that hold the connecting bus-bars to the flat upright eyelet terminals of these batteries. http://www.batterytex.com/batteries/367/UNIVERSAL/UB12220 b On Mon, Apr 6, 2009 at 7:19 PM, Susmay <susmay@yahoo.com> wrote: > Bob, Can you put up some photos of the battery installation? > Pieces to trim, etc. > Where did you buy the batteries, any wiring tips? > Guages, lengths, etc. |
