Matt, Losing the job is the pits, man. Sorry to hear of it. Roadside sales is a possibilty, depending on local law. I travel the art and craft show circuit in my Vanagon. I sell pottery ad related stuff. Pottery attracts people, especially the women folk. Primordily they relate to hollow vessels. Can't pass up a potters display. I have an EZ-up tent that I just drag out and set up next to my van so the tent is right next to the sliding door. The two together make a pretty good store. Good luck on the hunt.
