Hi Rob Ive come up with a way to do it and but have not had the time to put somthing together for that sort of fix. How bad is the zipper? sometimes you can use your finger nail and straighten the teeth of the zipper and Then gently move the pull over the bad area to retrain teeth to work again. Now if it is real bad then your sorta doomed. But I do make the screen kit for the screen only but nothing if you need zipper. BTW velcro will not stick to canvas with rubber cement or much of any cement. They are to completly different substraits. Now is your zipper bad for the Privacy part or the screen part? Sorry for all the Qs? C-ya Jonce >Anyone had any luck with velcro to replace a bad zipper on the front >of a poptop? >I tried with sticky velcro but it wouldn't stick to the canvas... I >thought about rubber cement (to stick the velcro to the canvas) but >figured it would bleed thru the canvas. >i just wondered if anyone had done this successfully.
