Subject: battery prices
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

It was interesting, in the current thread on batteries, to see the range of prices on the same group 41 battery at three different W-M stores. The local store is selling them for $70.00 (in smalltown AZ). Jim mentioned $79 and Thomas quoted $65. I replaced my starting battery 3 years ago and the price was $45.00 at the same W-M! The prices have skyrocketed. Anyway, it's time to replace my starting battery and move the old one to the aux position, to replace the old Diehard, which is now 9 years old. Jerry
