Most, of this kind of thing is documented elsewhere, but some details
aren't that I can see. i.e. learned about using all thread etc. for
lower control arm install by reading archives. Pics make it that much
easier.

I've been as accurate as I can, but it's worth bearing in mind that
I'm (obviously) an amateur.
