But we didn't have to find it, that's the point, it's being given to us. Searching, I am sorry to say, is far too time-consuming in comparison. I for one am reading every word. I got out my digital multimeter yesterday and applied some of what I learned, and I find that it makes me a better vanagon troubleshooter. I used it today to find and fix a horn problem on my 83. Far more useful to me than some of the so-called vanagon-specific stuff that I will never use like snow tire and subwoofer discussions. Electronics is my weak point even though my dad was a genius at it. I didn't learn it from him, but I am learning it now through this group. The vanagon part is implicit since we can all apply this to vanagons because we all own vanagons.
