This might sound far fetched, but if you had a video camera, you could
record the movement of the linkage at box while recording audio of you
announcing what gear you are shifting from/to. In fact, if one wanted
to, they could do a video of the front box and rear linkage at tranny,
showing each in a split screen (not sure of correct term) mode. Like
they do on that tv show "24".

"Bink, bink" sound is optional.  ;)
