Yeah. It is generally acknowledged that solar panels need some-a that
sunlight stuff to work.

Lacking that, it's a safe bet that, even as I write this, there are folk
camping under overcast skies, while talking loudly so as to be heard over
the sound of their dang generators. Sadly, they are probably also drinking
cheap watery yellow lagers.
