I would think that if the brakes were applied and there was no pulsating, that the damage could be considered cosmetic.

Mike,

There was no pulsing when driven bit there was when stopping. The front discs are rusty and pads in poor condition. That is more likely the cause of the pulsing. Sent via BenTberry by BenTNT
