Thanks for the everyone for their tips. I checked the van out the other day after getting a bunch of responses and noticed the replacement windows new rubber gasket had shrunken way to far and in some cases was leaving a pen tip size gap of the passenger side! So I think that may a major contributing factor to the issue as well.

I had the window and gasket replaced by Safelite glass about 6 months ago through my insurance company as the glass was smashed due to a icechunck flying off a Semi and hitting the front of the van. The front of the glass was smashed as well as the grill plastic. I never put it together till I examined it up close and found the shrinkage in the front glass rubber gasket seal. I could see the line where the old gasket was and it was much larger, roughly 1/4 of an inch larger!

Does anyone know who sells the best properly fit rubber seals for the front window?

I am going to ask to have it replaced again and then seal it with the silicon. Thanks again!
