Folks, there is only one bus on this trip way back since Bacalar. Rita, Hunter & I are now out of Mexico safe & sound. See the _BacalarBlog_ (http://poolio.net/bacalarblog/) for complete details. We're now in Watsonville, California staying with our daughter April and her husband Sal awaiting the birth of their first child which will make me a grandpa ! YIKES ! Anyway, looks like the baby is due for the 24th through the 30 of April. Just when Syncro D'Mayo is taking place. Well, I'm gonna try to get there at least for one or two days as it's just over the hill from Watsonville. I'm busy this week getting the van in order for the ride back to Almonte. New Agilis tires were put on to replace the well worn ones, at Lloyds Tire Service in Santa Cruz. They had a $60 rebate sale going on last weekend so we got a major deal and the list was only $113 each. Came to $525.74 with all the other add on's less the rebate. Tomorrow I'll be at Van-Cafe all day haveing new Syncro.org springs installed to get the ride height up. After hitting way too many bottoms in Mexico with the supposedly correct BOGE springs from the Bus Depot it has come time to get them outta there and the van raised up ! I see there is an all air-cooled VW show up in San Jose this Sunday so we all plan to be there. April w/babay, Sal, Bella (the new Schnauzer), Rita, Hunter & I. Maybe see some of you there.

Please note that I will be away from my business travelling in Mexico from November 24, 2008 until April 30, 2009. Parts orders will be processed although not as quickly as usual. I will always be available for contact by E-mail. If you phone your call will be addressed by Greg T. Brown here and he will either call you back or advise you to contact me directly by E-mail. Details of this adventure are at _Buses in Bacalar_ (http://ca.groups.yahoo.com/group/busesinbacalar/) . A Travel Blog is at: _Bacalar Blog_ (http://poolio.net/bacalarblog/)

Cheers,
