Hey..

I recently did my rears and they looked similar. And when I installed the new shoes they weren't very effective right away, it took a few weeks for them to 'come right'. When I double-checked to see if perhaps I didn't re-assemble them correctly (Yes, they were THAT bad right after my brake job) I found the shoes were only touching the drums on about 10% of the shoe surface..
