There is a diagram on the Samba Gallery that shows a similar view to this, and it calls out all of the VW part numbers for the linkage, as apposed to the Bus Boys site which uses their internal part numbers. Some of the parts are NLA, but there are a few of these boots out there. ETKA drops part numbers when they become NLA, making the finding of these parts more difficult. I think I found a new shift coupler and linkage pin (that this boot goes over) but settled for good used for both of those parts. I'll dig into my file and see if I can determine where I found the new ones. Bus Depot has the guide ring (on end of pin) and I bought the front shiftkit1 from you, which I have not yet installed.
