Hi Scott.

Ironically, that core "charge" was higher than cost. $150 Cnd. Core charge. $111 Cnd. for rebuilt caliper.

Good to get peoples input. Seems this is an UNcommon thing to happen. Piece of mind for me and others I'm sure.

Mark D directed me toward earlier manuals. Ironically, I found a Bay Haynes at a used book store. ? year Bays have the same caliper as mine. It shows the little O seals that are between the halves. Maybe someone missed one on assembly. Who knows.
