Dunno if this is helpful or not, but I have a charger that has indicator lights on it, and if you leave it hooked up to the battery while unplugged, the lights will remain on. When I noticed it I left it connected for several minutes to see if it was an active draw and the lights never dimmed. I didn't test to see how much the charger was pulling or whether it would drain the battery over time, and I have no idea what other circuits may have been drawing on the battery.

Hi Neil,

Hard to say. Need to know what charger you're using, but I can offer that neither of my chargers draw current from the battery when unpowered.
