Subject: Help! Front Wheel Bearing Oil seal seat
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1

We tore into our '87 westie this weekend to replace brakes and bearings.  When Don removed the rotor for each side, he found on the driver's side there was a oil seal seat/seal ring (Bently pg. 40; Figure 10 #C).  The passenger side had none.  The tire on the passenger side is worn on the inner edge, and the driver's side is not.  Ideas?
