Page 90.18 -- pin 9 is tach.

Check continuity from upper terminal on ignition coil (green wire) to pin 9 of connector. Plug in connector and check continuity from coil to the tachometer terminal connected to pin 9. For a quick check, if you touch that terminal and a ground with the engine running, it should bite you; not like the spark will, but noticeably. If that's good, make sure tach is getting +12 and ground from pin 8 and 3 respectively.

You didn't say year, but if it's an '87 the diagram is on pages 97.108 and 97.105, current tracks 15, 24 and 54. The quick course on reading the diagrams is on 97.4-5
