my recommended anti-frz is Preston Extended Life for sure, and not Dex Cool.

for a converntional engine oil I swear by Chevron Delo 15W40 . for a synthetic, I use Mobil One, 15W50. I've used a ocean of Castrol oil in engines in the past, but never do anymore. if you are a believer in the thing about zinc being removed from modern oils for emissions reasons, and therefore they do not lube as well.....or last as well, or whatever the loss is, you can still get diesel specific oils that contain adquate zinc I beleive.

Redline synthetic ATF is fine, but Royal Purple.......that is THE synthetic ATF to use these days. I can change out 3 qts of it in my trans and feel the car go better, no kidding. Redline GL-5 synthetic gear oil is perfect for the differential section of your trans. If you can find a Swepco oil dealer in your area - that's probably one of the best quatility oil products anywhere. Scott www.turbovans.com
