HI Danny, what is 'the VW technical center' in Portland, OR please ? 
I have not heard of it. 
Camp 18 ......that's before you head up the big hill to Government Camp, right ?
or am I thinking of 'road 27' etc.  .
so yeah, where is Camp 18.
wish I could make it.
