Caveat Emptor.....

Ah yes, Northern Arizona Wind & Sun, the place where yer lucky if you get yer order. These folks have a very bad rep with both the retail public and their supplier/vendors based on a lot of horror stories I've discussed with on both sides. Just a lot of bad feelings, really too much to go into here. My own dealings with NAWS left a bad taste in my mouth last time I dealt with them as well.

They don't buy from ThinLite direct (they say they do though) because Thin Lite has a 10,000 piece order minimum which is intended for the supplier market for Motorhome/Trailer manufacturing. So NAWS gets the product where they can and sell close to their cost and make it up elsewhere with higher markup crap. I know what Thin-Lite charges for these lights to the Motorhome Industry based on the 10,000 quantity minimum because I only live 7 miles from their importing/distribution warehouse in Camarillo, CA and stopped by to talk awhile back. They didn't have much nice to say about NAWS at the time.

On the flip side, I have run into folks who have had really good dealings with this NAWS. Go figure :-/ I really hope you do, so let us know the outcome.

I'm really kinda surprised they're still in business.
