Hi...jst a word of correction...we have about 5 different models ranging
from the low end...1.9 model, all the way up to the 2.6i model..We have
the more luxury Caravelle, and the more economical Microbus versions,
both excellent vehicles, only difference is the Arm rest and the Square
or round lights up front.....as for the rest pretty much the
same.....not much in the way of campers except for the bold on awning
everybody seems to like...and the latest model...2002, come equipped
with a fridge, and rear head rests...and that's about it...

Hahaha. In South Africa they don't have a clue about us having Vanagons
here. They call it the Volksy Bus. It's expensive there and they hold
onto
it. They also have about five different kind of engines, from 1.9 to
3.0.
Also the Ottinger models which is a little like our Wolfsburg edition
ones
but it's an other company like Eddie Bauer here. Ottingers can have or
have
six cylinder engines. But they don't have any campers like ours. I was
thinking to go back to live there again and just make all those beutiful
vans into campers for a fortune.
