He did give a part number: 251 919 059K

Doesn't that make it clear which one he needs to techie readers? To the many Vanagon Listmembers it's just the blue foil on the dash thingie.

Here's further clarification from Gilles sent via pmail:

"Hi, It's an 89 Westy Syncro with a Subaru EJ22 coming from a 99 Impreza. The PCB I'm looking for the one for the instruments cluster. I live in Granby, Quebec Canada. Best regards."
