Appreciate the offer Jake.

It may be that I upgrade wheels. The Yokos are great in rain, better in dirt, "ok" in light snow, when compared to my Nexens, but maybe I'll kill 2 birds as they say with a wheel/tire upgrade.

Of note, when chatting with my NV tire guy, (who did a better job of balancing than the store in WV), he made specific mention of the design of the stock 14" Vanagon wheels. I had and still have to a lesser degree, a subtle, but noticeable, vibration at 80 KPH. Likely due to wheels. He explained that the design of the "ears" where the bolts mount the wheel to vehicle, tend to create this problem. (obviously not always). I *feel* he may be right..... not knowing enough about wheel design to know for sure. Upgrading to 15 or 16" wheels (with a more standard design) might eliminate this vibration.

Yah it's uber noisy in the cab. I was thinking last night that tackling the window seals would be the right place to start. (i.e. door seals may be ok for now). Thanks for pointer in that direction.

Neil.
