At this point no leaks, last oil change was about 8000km ago....new oil
filter, so just going to do drain and replace oil filter as
well.....wish me luck

If you have leaks that are currently blocked by sludge then the
synthetic will eventually open them up.  This can have the appearance of
synthetic "causing" leaks. Other than that I've had no problems with it.
