Subject: O2 Sensor Problem - Last Week
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

Hi All,

Just wanted to say thanks to those who helped out last week. The O2 sensor was indeed the problem - after fitting a new one (not quite as straightforward as all that, but it has a new one now), and doing about 850 miles over the weekend between 5400' and 11300' she didn't miss a beat and with headwinds and off road driving averaged about 18 to the gallon, so I'll take that!

Now to replace the internal water pump (this one only lasted about 10 "duty" hours after the original lasted 20 years!) Reattach the collector cup to the waste pipe from the sink, adjust the drainer so that it doesn't fall down while cooking, tie up a "flapping" wire underneath, and we'll be ready for this weekend!!!!
