Whoops, that's entirely different from what I was thinking of. The pump that came in Dutiful Passage was a dinky little in-line centrifugal pump from Coleman of Germany ($125 from the dealer in 1991) -- see 76-111 on 79.19. If you're set up with a high-pressure system like the Flojet LF 12 series, a submersible bilge pump is not going to be an adequate replacement.
