Just my blather and $0.02 here Don, I'm now running Amsoil in mine. My first experience with Redline was in a '91 Auto which made a huge difference in tranny function/performance in winter, which is when I changed to it. I don't think you can go wrong with Redline. I've used it in the 2 manuals I've had, including this one and have been very satisfied with how it smoothes out shifts.
