The issue for me isn't the PD charger, its the solar panels. I don't want to charge the start battery with the solar panels so I need a way to shut down the connection to the start battery via the 1315. Since the ground won't do it, I'll have to add a switch to the hot lead connecting the 1315 to the start battery.
