I have the ecodes on my van with 80/100 watt bulbs and the FOCUS lexan covers for 3 ~ 4 years now. No melting no distortion and absolutely the best lighting for a Vanagon. I can see and be seen on the darkest of nights. Only the occasional wink from an oncomer when I forget to dim.
