I have the same set up as Frank and they are wonderful lights even with the 55/60 Watts.  I would highly recommend protecting that investment with the plastic covers. I purposely have set them pointing a little lower so that I do not blind the oncoming traffic for the low beams but the high beams really brighten up a long way ahead. I also have the ProjectTzwo fog lights and that is a sweet set up. ... Oh yeah I did put lots of relays and beefed up the wiring too.  Joel Cort Rochester NY. 89 Syncro Westy (CinnabarVan) 87 Syncro Transporter (Stella) 73 Westy Campmobile (agent orange) Founding Member of the Empire VW Camping Club & Westies at Watkins - www.westies-at-watkins.org ________________________________ From: Frank Condelli <RAlanen@AOL.COM> To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Sent: Wednesday, May 13, 2009 6:56:22 AM Subject: Re: H4 European Headlight report In a message dated 12/05/2009 8:21:35 P.M.
