It will be exciting, the Giro. Vanagon content: I will be searching the net for some coverage as soon as I drive back home, with my bikes in my Vanagon, from my Saturday morning club training ride. My bikes and gear always reside in the vanagon..that way when I have an 'away race' I go the evening before and find a quiet spot..eat a big pasta dinner and get a great night's sleep without having to carry crap in and out of motel rooms or worry about whether I've forgotten anything. And when the race is done I reach into the fridge for a frosty...gatoraid...and take a little snooze before hitting the road for home. The weird thing is...my bikes cost about twice what the vanagon did... I predict Levi Leipheimer (from Santa Rosa, Ca) will win. Now back to your regular schedualed program....
