Armorall...old school. Too glossy, sticky, collects grime. The BEST: 303 Aerospace Protectant. Expensive, and worth it (triple the price of Armorall). Leaves the perfect non-greasy sheen, dry to the touch when done. Got mine at a boat store. Very satisfied. I use the old Armorall stuff on the tires, and save the expensive 303 stuff for the interior. A little lasts a long time; you'll be pleased, it'll look like new. And has the UV protectant. To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Date: Saturday, May 16, 2009, 9:40 AM I need to thoroughly clean the dash and some other plastics. I want to try and prevent further deterioration due to UV on the plastics. What would be the best cleaner/protector for that task. Regards, John Rodgers 88 GL Driver |
