Any time you get into vehicles as old as these, there is very little meaning to "average" prices. So much depends on condition of the particular vehicle, which can vary widely from complete rustbucket/scrapyard fodder, to near-showroom. Also some buyers are looking for parts cars, others a cheap but sound vehicle they can rehab, while others are looking for one that's had all the maintenance brought up to date and is ready to drive across the country. You can easily see an order of magnitude range in prices for the same year and model. Allan |
