*groan* I was afraid of that. It's a good thing I don't have the part
today, I can afford to wait for better advice. Just kidding of course,
David. If I do pull it I've got the foam right here waiting for an air
flap reseal, so I'll kill two birds with one stone and save the other
stone for the 20 pound cat that does pullups on my wipers.

Then I'm going to buy an inch-pound torque wrench and never break one again.
