Scott, you're thinking of T2s...T3s are remarkably good in
crosswinds.  In any case, my point is that the fridge combustion
system is designed to operate correctly -- and safely -- under almost
any conceivable condition of wind.  Driving down the road is not a
challenge for it.  This is a remarkable achievement given that the
flame approximates a candle flame.  But in order to achieve the
design goals, it has to be sealed up perfectly so that the two flue
openings are the only entries into the system.
