303 Aerospace makes a variety of great products for rubber, vinyl, etc...  Been using it for years on our Westy luggage nets with great results.  Like an SPF 40 sunscreen for all your like products.  Check 'em out at their site...

I want to try and prevent further deterioration due to UV on the plastics.
