The stuff I use is called McNett UV Tech.  US HQ in Bellingham
WA.  Urban legend says they make the 303 too, but can't confirm or
deny.  Have used 303 on my canoe and kayak gear and those in the know
say the UV tech is better.  UVT is spozed to be the bomb for those
latex ankle and wrist and neck gasket seals for dry suits
however..  I keep an old sock mildly saturated with the UVT and in a
ziplock bag in the van and also one in my paddling gear bag.  Had
trouble finding the UVT on line, but found some for sale at a very
reasonable price on ebay from a kayak shop on the west coast.  I
originally found out about the stuff from a demo booth at the Madison
WI Canoecopia event some years ago.
