If you are going to replace the slave cylinder, now is the time to bleed all the brakes enough to change out all the brake fluid. You can take this with a grain of salt, but I'd bleed the old cylinder first. When I replace my slave and went to bleed, I cringed as I watched the old black, filthy brake fluid came out my brand new cylinder! : ( John LiMBO |
