Hi Chris, Suggestion: If it's going to the crusher anyhow, tip it on its side to get the tank out. It'll be a lot easier. Kinda fun, too. A minor PITA to get it back upright, but a lot less hassle than working under the van to get the tank down and having all that crusty crap fall in your eyes...
