Subject:      Westy faucet question

I un-winterized my water storage tank and filled it with water only to
find that the faucet wasn't working.  Prior to winter it had been
working intermittently - only if you said the proper chant and held
your mouth just so.  Now, nada.  However, when the engine is running
it sometimes will work.  Any thoughts on this?  I did replace the
in-tank pump in 2006.
