Zoltan,

There is a chip repair system called Dr. Colorchip http://www.drcolorchip.com/ that seems to work really well. It is a broad way of filling the chips, something like you wipe this product across the whole area, it fills the chips, then you remove the excess. I haven't used it, but I saw at least one car with really good results, also some shots on their web site. Not as a good as a repaint, but very much better compared to trying to fill each chip somehow. Not sure how it will work with the rusty rock chips, maybe the web site has some advice or way to treat that as well.
