Most tire manufacturer's show the number of revolutions per mile for each size/model tire. That is directly proportional to the rolling radius.

A Hankook RA08 in the stock 185R14 size rolls 812 revs/mile. ( http://www.hankooktireusa.com/product/RA08.pdf )

I have Falken Ziex ZE-912 215/60R16 99H tires, which roll 808 revs/mile (http://www.falkentire.com/Tires/ZE-912-2).

The 0.5% difference is insignificant, even for a Synchro. You'd probably create more of a difference than that depending on how you load weight in the van.
