Hi Everybody, Thanks for all your input.  I'm still trying to get my vanagon through Md inpection.  I just have a few more items left to take care of and I can finaly drive it:)   I need to replace the rear shocks.  It looks like a fairly simple job but I've never done it before.  Is it just a matter of jacking it up, unbolt and bolt?  Any advice?   I need to do that, add a rear side marker, fix a dim taillight, and get my brake warning light to work.  If I can do all that in just a few hours, then I just might have it for the weekend which would be sweet!   Thanks again, Steve
