Matt,

When I bought the conversion parts, as in the 1Z TDi motor, I required all the supporting electronics, wiring harness, sensors, actuators and the instrument cluster as part of the deal. Later, when I added the MFR package and redid the cluster with the cruise control and modified direction control stalks (as per Chris Bell' thread on TDiClub.com), I purchased the cluster and the control stalks through ebay for about $100 total plus shipping. The Dakota Digital adapters were purchased on ebay as well for about 70% of retail as I recall.

What kind of cost was incurred to get your hands on the new cluster?

I've been thinking about doing this....

well,

its still the best van cluster around.....that i have seen. I recently

picked up a passat cluster that is not electronic, maybe thats a bit easier

for me to install than what you did.
