Subject:      Parking/Brake Warning light

My Parking/Brake Warning light won't come on when the parking brake is engaged.  
At first I thought it was a bad bulb, but it comes on for a second after I start the engine, then it goes out.  It seems to me that there must be a switch coming from the parking brake but the Bently Manual mentions none.  Any ideas?  Thanks
