So this may be dumb question from a non-engineering type but what's the point of the plastic anyway, vibration isolation? If they just tapped the metal it would waller out and crack? The few adjusters I have left feel just as tight as if they were metal, but I'm sure they have _some_ give.

Just a Hunch !!! But....

If I were to go to the pick & pull

I'd take my little propane flame thrower

& I'd gently heat the adjusters

before trying to pop them out !

I think this would help!

& remember to take a screw driver

and just push on the clips,

don't try to manhandle them out ....

My 2 cents & hope it helps,,,
