list:

although there were no symptoms of a bad ground, or obvious corrosion ('84 gl), i stripped and soldered together all those ground wires, with an additional length of 10 gage wire terminated on the free end in a ring connector, and just made a single ground point, using also a star washer and copper anti-sieze compound. nylon ties were also handy to ensure strain relief.

i kept the star connectors for posterity, one of which looked like it had become home to a spider.
