Anyone else had this situation when they were able to reserve, then were rejected at pickup? When I call they ask what I will tow on the phone, check in their vehicle database, and then say yes or no. I've never been asked to show up with the vehicle I will put on the trailer, dolly or towbar. (Many tows are also to to pickup a bus at some distant location) During long vacation trips, renting some means of towing the bus or westy home is my ultimate backup plan when repairs on the road don't work out. It would be good to have this backup plan as "waterproof" as possible. Unpleasant surprises, denials, or any other problems will be more difficult to solve when broken down on the road, wife is disgruntled, and cellphone roaming charges rack up by the minute. Martin
