About a year ago I reported working on the Westy's passenger door, soundproofing and fixing the manual winding mechanism, and saying that I'd lost one of the little white nylon blocks about the size of a Chiclet that the window lift mechanism rides on when it zinged off to some dark corner while I was wrestling with the window here in the basement.  Well, after having the basement flooded last week by a busted fridge icemaker water supply line and having to move nearly everything on the west side of the basement for drying and rearranging, I looked down just now and spotted a familiar shape on the floor.  I feel much better now.  I'm soooo glad that water line broke.

As an aside, never be tempted to say, "I'd give anything to find out where that damn thing went."  Fate just might take you up on it.

Stephen
