With all this talk of Rhein wheels and big brakes, I am compelled to throw in my experience. After installing the big brake kit from Van Cafe, I noticed that the clearance between caliper and wheel was very small, but seemingly adequate. When rotating the wheel while on jack stands, there was no contact. But, as I was backing out of the driveway for a test drive, I heard an intermittent grinding sound which turned out to be a caliper hitting the stick-on wheel weight on the inside of the rim. I had to remove those weights. I have not noticed any vibration with the weight gone and felt OK to forego rebalancing. Point is, there is not enough clearance to put weights there and you may want to mention that to your tire guys if you are having the tires rebalanced or getting new tires.
